Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our cleaners manually scrub tiled areas as part of every end of lease clean. However, we do not specialise in tile and grout restoration. If your tiles and grout are in poor condition, a professional tile and grout clean may be required — this is a separate service to our standard bond clean. We will advise you on arrival if we believe this is necessary.
Cigarette, Nicotine & Smoke Damage
Cleaning of nicotine staining and damage from cigarette smoke is not covered as part of our standard end of lease clean or our bond-back guarantee. It is generally accepted that nicotine staining will remain even after intensive cleaning. If your property has smoke damage, please advise us when booking so we can discuss your options.

Review Your Lease Agreement
